The Texas Renaissance Festival opens its 35th year with Oktoberfest brought to you by Miller Lite! The first of eight themed weekend celebrations, Oktoberfest features all the best of Germany. Dance a polka, eat a bratwurst or enjoy a beer in honor of the day's theme. Opening weekend discount tickets prices of $12 for adults and $6 for children are on our website, www.texrenfest.com or from any participating HEB, Woodforest National Bank, Market Basket and Randall's Food Stores. Tickets may also be purchased at the Festival gates for $23 for adults and $11.00 for children.
A New Adventure Every Weekend!
The Texas Renaissance Festival offers patrons eight festivals in one; each weekend embraces a new theme designed to give its patrons a reason to return again and again. Themed contests and events, such as Bratwurst Eating, brought to you by Boar's Head, on Oktoberfest or the Best Dressed Pirate contest during Pirate Adventure weekend, are offered each day of the Festival's 17 day season. Our themed weekend Adventure Itineraries help patrons make the most of their day by spotlighting the best dinning, shopping and entertainment experiences the day's theme has to offer. Themed Adventure itineraries are available free of charge. They can be downloaded from our website at http://www.texrenfest.com/themed_adventures.html or can be picked up at the Festival's information booth or from any of our souvenir program distributors on the Festival grounds.
Themed weekends, over 300 different shops, rides and games, foods from around the world, over 200 entertainers and stage acts - this is why we truly offer a new adventure every weekend.
